Our company is looking for a Program Manager 2 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to tell a riveting customer story for complex technology usage;
  • Be adept at creating enterprise software/services with a consumer-like simple and intuitive experience;
  • Partner across the business and engineering teams to develop capabilities that drive success for the broader cloud management capabilities;
  • Define and develop automation to track and communicate customer success metrics;
  • Define, drive, prioritize, and specify functional scenarios for the Azure Migrate suite of products;
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and executing deliverables;
  • Provide thought leadership to the development team building key functionality, by working with customers to get feedback, and iterating to improve.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: MBA from a reputed institution;
  • Bonus: Prior credentials building enterprise software/services;
  • Required: 5+ years of experience in product/program management;
  • Required: B.E. or B. Tech. in Computer Science;
  • Passion to own a key business area like migration and the drive to do the right thing consistently for our customers;
  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; An MBA is highly desired;
  • Comfort with complex and ambiguous problems and a keen interest in building desirable customer experiences;
  • 4+ years of product and/or cloud service development experience. Prior enterprise product management / development experience is a plus;
  • Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive high-quality results across multiple engineering organizations.
