Management Trainee – MIS and Reporting Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Management Trainee – MIS and Reporting to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting project tracking, PM and UAT activities with our technology partners;
- Providing regular support and business solution to the customer as and when required;
- Gain understanding of various BAU processes and general operating environment;
- Seek to maintain a high VOC – Voice of Customer Score;
- Good verbal & written communication skills;
- Overall responsibility for Accuracy and timeliness of process delivery (BAU and Ad-hoc request);
- Execute month-end and quarter-end GL close and reporting tasks;
- Monitor business delivery, system accesses, and enforcement of compliance & business policies;
- Support and execute cost improvement strategies;
- Improve existing process and make them more robust;
- Close Interaction with Customer & business;
- Assist in ensuring all technology solutions within the group comply with SOX and internal Control standards;
- Working with accounting managers to re-engineer existing manual processes using the BUC’s automation framework;
- Modifying existing automation tasks in response to regulatory changes or subsystem changes;
- Extending the BUC’s automation framework.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects, balanced by good partnership skills;
- Basic SQL queries;
- Hands on experience in VLOOKUP, Index-match, Sum-product, Network-days, Calculated Fields in Pivot Table;
- Preferred with experience in AWS, Hadoop & Hive;
- Candidate with above technical skills with Banking domain knowledge is helpful.
