Management Trainee – Contract Management Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Management Trainee – Contract Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders and External software partners for contractual documents collection and data extraction;
- Assist Product Lines and/or regions with specific contractual terms / clauses during contract execution;
- Monthly MIS reporting to partners on progress made and gaps;
- Database management experience would be an added advantage;
- Excellent communication and Writing skills, customer-handling exposure, project ownership and governance skills;
- Draft, where necessary, supplementary contractual documents to aid execution, e.g. variation order notification/acceptance, critical issue;
- Provide business insight on Risk Portfolio and critical T&Cs;
- SEAL training for BHGE teams (SME).
Requirements:
- Demonstrate The highest level of Integrity;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Advanced Excel, SFDC, VBA and Tableau skill.
