Our company is looking for a Management Trainee – Contract Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and External software partners for contractual documents collection and data extraction;
  • Assist Product Lines and/or regions with specific contractual terms / clauses during contract execution;
  • Monthly MIS reporting to partners on progress made and gaps;
  • Database management experience would be an added advantage;
  • Excellent communication and Writing skills, customer-handling exposure, project ownership and governance skills;
  • Draft, where necessary, supplementary contractual documents to aid execution, e.g. variation order notification/acceptance, critical issue;
  • Provide business insight on Risk Portfolio and critical T&Cs;
  • SEAL training for BHGE teams (SME).

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate The highest level of Integrity;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Advanced Excel, SFDC, VBA and Tableau skill.
