Our company is looking for a Loan Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle product queries and service issues;
- Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target;
- Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients;
- applicants define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans;
- Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues;
- Submit loan applications in a timely manner;
- Ensure the achievement of given business target;
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s;
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations;
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions speed up the loan process;
- Arrange loan events;
- Meet with loan applicants identify their needs and collect information for loan applications;
- Generate Loan leads from open market and through different channels;
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations;
- Prepare detailed loan proposals.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented with exceptional sales skills;
- Good Communication Skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- In-depth knowledge of computers and banking software;
- Full Time Permanent Profile;
- A minimum 6 MONTHS EXP IN CALLING;
- Bachelors degree in any stream. an undergraduate can also apply;
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations;
- Job Location: Gurgaon;
- Basic Computer Knowledge Must.
