Lead Principal Program Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lead Principal Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate project management and service roadmap communication to team members, customers, and partners;
- Lead and manage a team of ~8 Program Managers;
- Support the Software Engineering team in any “critical” live site event with executive communications (not driving resolution of the incident);
- Maintain compliance activities related to the service(s);
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships;
- Act as one of a rotating pool of DRI Leads/Incident Managers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading products with large impact potential;
- Influencing partner teams using customer/market understanding;
- Specific experience with Speech;
- Stakeholder management;
- Citizenship Verification : This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements;
- 10+ years of related industry experience;
- Fingerprint Background Check : This position will be required to pass a customer required Fingerprint Background Check;
- Demonstrated product management expertise;
- Strong drive to create impact for hundreds of millions of people in India;
- Global Experience: Prior experience in interacting with global teams and delivering across geographies;
- Specific expertise in Indian market;
- BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work through ambiguous situations;
- Experience with Agile development methodology;
- 8+ years of delivering multiple iterations of software and services.
