Our company is looking for a Internal recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking the credibility and genuineness of profiles and the companies they worked for;
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes;
  • Achieving monthly recruitment targets;
  • Determine the qualification criteria for each position;
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites);
  • Arranging campus drives with colleges and training institutes;
  • Arranging skype and face to face discussions wherever applicable;
  • Sharing trackers with customers along with CVs;
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate;
  • Arranging walk-ins;
  • Working with the technical team to understand the priorities;
  • Arranging written tests, Correction of answers and sharing with technical team;
  • Sourcing quality profiles in job sites;
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process;
  • Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
  • Internet ability;
  • Analytical skills;
  • BSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation;
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group);
  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
