Internal recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Internal recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the credibility and genuineness of profiles and the companies they worked for;
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes;
- Achieving monthly recruitment targets;
- Determine the qualification criteria for each position;
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites);
- Arranging campus drives with colleges and training institutes;
- Arranging skype and face to face discussions wherever applicable;
- Sharing trackers with customers along with CVs;
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate;
- Arranging walk-ins;
- Working with the technical team to understand the priorities;
- Arranging written tests, Correction of answers and sharing with technical team;
- Sourcing quality profiles in job sites;
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process;
- Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
- Internet ability;
- Analytical skills;
- BSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
- Good knowledge of labour legislation;
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group);
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
