Our company is looking for a Event Manager to join our team.


  • Coordinate all operations;
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.);
  • Lead promotional activities for the event;
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives;
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success;
  • Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.);
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery;
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations;
  • Managing supplier relationships;
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery;
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.


  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office;
  • Project management skills;
  • Proven experience as event manager;
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred;
  • A team player with leadership skills;

  • Ability to use initiative;
