ERP Project Manager

ERP Project Manager develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determines scope of the project. Being an ERP Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Additionally, ERP Project Manager leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration. Requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to top management. The ERP Project Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an ERP Project Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Emipro’s cross Functional ERP Experts and Organize Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Review Meetings for Technical Team;
  • Identify ERP project risks and develop risk mitigation plans;
  • Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates;
  • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports;
  • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team;
  • Manage conflicts, ensuring everyone involved is working together effectively towards successful Implementation;
  • Can able to map the end user requirement with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP;
  • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback;
  • Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to Emipro management having a broad business impact;
  • Develop and Oversee detailed project plans.

  • Successful ERP Implementation experience with at least 3 Full Lifecycle End to End Implementation in any other well known ERP Systems;
  • Thorough understanding of Risk Management and its implications;
  • Excellent Team Player, Meticulous, Self-Motivated & Self Starter;
  • MBA is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, utilize and train customers on systems, features, and functionality for relevant products/solutions.
