Our company is looking for a DM Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project team members on ongoing Global Projects;
  • Overtime, off hours support and travel may be required;
  • Maintain and update documentation on Data Management’s global operational procedures;
  • Research into new security instruments to determine support procedures;
  • Develop relationship with data vendors and Invesco data users to provide support as appropriate;
  • Research, recommend and lead data standard enhancement initiatives and automation/continuous improvement of daily operations processes;
  • Serve as a mentor to Sr. Data Management Administrator and DMA I & II;
  • Ability to shift perspective from high level ‘Big Picture’ to low-level detail;
  • Ensure data are reconciled between various internal systems;
  • Sample tasks include the set up, maintenance, review and validation of security master, brokers, portfolio / accounts and market data elements;
  • Problem solve and Trouble shoot in day-to-day operations;
  • The ability to present and absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately;
  • The ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline;
  • Proactively contribute ideas and participate in the continual improvement initiatives within Data Management;
  • Participate in data reconciliation process between various internal systems as needed.
