Our company is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and Managing the KASR/ Brand Advisor Programme Nationally;
  • Lead the Total Distribution Point (TDP) & Share Tracking for MT Channel;
  • Work with RKAMs on capability building for the MT field force/ KASRs etc;
  • Lead the POSM/TOT Assets creation and execution process with the regions;
  • Lead the In-Store Excellence (Asset & MSL implementation) & Tab Usage in the MT Channel across regions;
  • P&L Delivery of Pan India Stand Alone MT Programme (Except Top 10 Regional Chains);
  • Lead the NPD & Activations Plan for MT Channel.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skill and Planning Abilities;
  • 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG organization;
  • Strong Collaboration and Motivation Skills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change;
  • RKAM experience, Brand/Trade Marketing experience will be preferred.
