Customer Activation Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and Managing the KASR/ Brand Advisor Programme Nationally;
- Lead the Total Distribution Point (TDP) & Share Tracking for MT Channel;
- Work with RKAMs on capability building for the MT field force/ KASRs etc;
- Lead the POSM/TOT Assets creation and execution process with the regions;
- Lead the In-Store Excellence (Asset & MSL implementation) & Tab Usage in the MT Channel across regions;
- P&L Delivery of Pan India Stand Alone MT Programme (Except Top 10 Regional Chains);
- Lead the NPD & Activations Plan for MT Channel.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skill and Planning Abilities;
- 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG organization;
- Strong Collaboration and Motivation Skills;
- Ability to quickly adapt to change;
- RKAM experience, Brand/Trade Marketing experience will be preferred.
