Our company is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer timely and required suggestion to clients pertaining to the work;
  • Improve billing and ensure timely collections;
  • Act as SPOC for clients;
  • Handling queries efficiently on emails,phone calls as well as in meetings;
  • Understanding our clients, their requirements and develop a professional business relationship;
  • Monitoring and supervising the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • R Rs;
  • Retaining retention;
  • Identifying the other needs of clients and up selling the other services of our company;
  • Update the internal system with client details and the task requirements regularly;
  • Uphold company standards and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Relationship Management – Meeting with IT executives as well as key business users understanding their requirement and providing;
  • Planning – Result oriented planning of tasks with due diligence on prioritizing while aligning with Client requirements/plan;
  • Pre-Sales Support – Providing support for pre-sales activities like Demo set up, responding to RFP, Lead research, etc;
  • Client Expectation Management – Being the pivotal point between both internal and external customers keeping the Client aware.

Requirements:

  • Understanding our clients, their requirements and develop a professional business relationship;
  • Regular communication through telephone and emails with clients;
  • Proficient in email communication with business groups;
  • Familiar with CRM / support ticket systems;
  • Offer timely and required suggestion to clients pertaining to the work;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Act as SPOC for clients;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Retaining retention;

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
