Our company is looking for a Business Development – uPVC Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate on price, cost, delivery and specifications with client and coordinate with KMM fabricators for timely deliverables;
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards that have been set and templated;
  • Responsible for growing the business – increasing/maintaining market share – by creating customer value and competitive advantages;
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
  • Ensure an effective client engagement and build relationship to create an advantage for KMM over other competitors/ brands;
  • Maintain continuous relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Assist architects/designers in writing specifications for uPVC Doors and Windows with an emphasis on gaining competitive advantage;
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Identify new ways to get the product specified by analyzing industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
  • Arrange meetings with Architects to give corporate presentations and recommend uPVC solutions after carefully understanding their requirements.
