Our company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Extracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides updates to management ;
  • Assists in the development of marketing tools to support Marketing and Sales teams;
  • Informs management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth ;
  • Trains Sales personnel on proper use of sales tracking system and monitors ongoing data quality ;
  • Participates with management to contribute to strategic plans definition and supports relevant implementation;
  • Interprets resulting data and makes recommendations to marketing and sales management;
  • Collecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyzing related to market and trends;
  • Prepares analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, and external market data;
  • Builds sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services .

Requirements:

  • Negotiation skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • 0-3 Yrs. of experience in sales would be added advantage, freshers with a zeal of getting into sales and business development profile can apply;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Problem-solving attitude, delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Should be proactive and go getter attitude;
  • Proficiency in MS office(Word , Excel – Advanced Excel, and ppt presentation) is a must;
  • Presentation and communication skills to talk to and pitch with CxO prospects;
  • Go-getter who can think out of the box to support growth on small budgets;
  • Good knowledge of modern inside sales, inbound and outbound lead-gen and nurturing campaigns.
