- Communicate opportunities for improvement to client effectively and generate buy in for initiatives/ recommendations;
- Gather understanding of client business and data. Perform data analysis to generate insights and identify gaps;
- Support product roll out for the clients;
- Analyzing and performing industry analysis to determine opportunities for product expansion into similar industries;
- Perform market research for figuring out go to market opportunities for the product;
- Understanding, drafting and communicating client requirements to product team;
- Managing multiple client engagement and interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills;
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and manipulate using tools such as SQL, advanced excel;
- Extremely strong people management skills;
- Creating presentation with insights for senior management consumption;
- Experience in data analysis as part of corporate/ strategy;
- A great team player with the ability to be hands on and work autonomously also when required;
- Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements;
- Experience Media industry domain; TV and Digital experience would be preferred;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
