Our company is looking for a Assistant Manager – MIS and Reporting to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build customized reporting solution or tracking mechanism using SAS/SQL/Excel/SAP BO;
  • Active participation and contribution to build knowledge in organization;
  • Candidate should analyze the data pulled from data warehouses and do sanity checks before sharing the data;
  • Improve existing process and make them more robust;
  • Close Interaction with Customer & business;
  • Overall responsibility for Accuracy and timeliness of process delivery (BAU and Ad-hoc request);
  • Establishing governance mechanism with business parters and driving initiatives for business transformations;
  • Seek to maintain a high VOC – Voice of Customer Score;
  • Good verbal & written communication skills;
  • Gain understanding of various BAU processes and general operating environment;
  • Transform business requirements into significant analytical studies;
  • Exposure to periodic MIS and building new reports with improvements to the business operations;
  • Encouraging team members for various roadblocks and helping them to learn and understand business metrics;
  • Maintenance of data integrity and staying in sync with the existing data compliance procedures;
  • Providing regular support and business solution to the customer as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Working Knowledge of tools such as SAS,PowerBI,Advanced Excel,VBA;
  • Good analyzing capabilities, to break complex problems into simpler ones;
  • Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE;
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounts/Finance/Management/Computers/Statistics;
  • Graduate or Post Graduate or other equivalent qualification;
  • Knowledge of Banking and Credit card domain;
  • M.sc/M.A/MBA;
  • Candidate with above technical skills with Banking domain knowledge is helpful;
  • Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python coding & BI Tool like Tableau;
  • Programming skills (SQL/R/ SAS/Python) with minimum 2 years;
  • Knowledge of Banking;
  • B.Sc/BA;
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports would be an added advantage;
  • Analytics exposure in credit card domain with basic understanding of Statistic Techniques;
  • Graduate/Post Graduate.
