Analyst Commercial Analytics Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Analyst Commercial Analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training where needed to drive acceptance and adoption of programs;
- Run the complete development cycle from Dev, UAT to Prod including POCs with end-customers;
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing dashboards;
- Identify Commercial use cases such as Funnel Acceleration, Win Rate optimization, Account Targeting;
- Determine roadblocks and push projects across the finish line with tight time lines;
- Partner with the CoE IT to ensure data loads and schedules are updated accordingly.
Requirements:
- Team working skills while being humble and supporting/coaching;
- Leadership skills & being able to quickly learn new processes/technologies;
- 3+ years of analytics experience driving hands-on development in complex projects;
- Economics, sales, marketing or IT background;
- Hands-on development experience on one of the BI tools: Einstein Analytics (preferred), Spotfire or Tableau;
- Excellent presentation and MS-Excel skills;
- High level of flexibility and passion/engagement; self-starter who is pro-actively driving topics;
- Experience working on Salesforce.com CRM;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- SQL knowledge – must have and ETL Dell Boomi knowledge is a plus;
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools such R, Python;
- Comprehensive Project management skills and experiences;
- Ability to find creative added value solutions for customers.
