ui/ux designer Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a ui/ux designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images;
  • Advertising / PR / MR / Event Management;
  • Designing graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs and widgets;
  • Work with the mobile/web engineers to deliver the final product;
  • Identify design problems and devise good solutions, balancing aesthetic choices with functional usability;
  • Secondary skills : HTML5/CSS3, wireframe designs, Javascript, Angular, React;
  • Communicate and present design concepts to relevant teams;
  • Create and iterate on assets that reflect a brand, enforce a language;
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets;
  • Loves to work on web and mobile interfaces;
  • Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Must have experience in Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Coral draw and other designer tools;
  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards;
  • Collect and adjust designs based on feedback from project managers;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of design projects;
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Advertising / PR / MR / Event Management;
  • Expert proficiency in UI and UX designing using tools including Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design;
  • B.Sc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
  • Experience and reduce frictions;
  • Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color);
  • Must have strong experience in using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe Xd, Figma,
  • Responsibilities;
  • Possesses effective and clear communication skills, capable of explaining each design decision;
  • Passionate about understanding and keeping the team informed about current and emerging UX/UI trends;
  • Must have Good Knowledge of Programming;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • BE, B.Tech, BSc., BCA, MCA.
