Senior UX Design Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior UX Design Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs;
- Producing UI graphics deliverables (e.g. UI specifications, graphics files, icons);
- Work with development teams to solve UX problems and ensure a design solution is deliverable and has good usability;
- Produce prototypes for review by product teams or user testing;
- Research e.g. for creating user personas, usability testing;
- Reviewing implemented UIs for quality assurance and usability;
- Developing wireframes and task flows based on customer needs;
- Creation and presentation of attractive visual mockups;
- Keep abreast of current UX trends and good practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX Design, UI Design or a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present and articulate designs and their characteristics;
- Attention to detail and drive for quality;
- Good visual design skills in graphic design, layout, colour and typography;
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to work pro-actively;
- Problem solving attitude with sensitivity for business needs and priorities.
