Our company is looking for a Sr. Eng. I, Eng Run to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for the Reportingand Data Delivery Applications Run team;
- Be an owner for the ReleaseManagement Process;
- Facilitate enhancementsrefinements/prioritization process;
- Analyze Technical Debt reductioninitiatives;
- Co-ordinate support handover forprojects;
- Lead continuous improvement andautomation opportunities for team processes and procedures;
- Lead issue resolution effortsinvolving cross-functional teams;
- Escalate issues and remediationsteps effectively and in a timely manner;
- Participate in troubleshootingefforts with the team or as an individual;
- Champion Agile/DevOps practicesimplementation;
- Ensure all solutions are accompaniedby appropriate system documentation that meets internal standards;
- Represent the Technology ServicesDepartment at team meetings and/or planning sessions;
- Manage process transition to Level 1team;
- Manage communications to business stakeholders,
- Conduct regular Incident reviewswith the business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must have exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving information system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy;
- Willingness to work on UK overlapping hours;
- The ability to work effectively and foster a strong team environment;
- Experience in working with multi-located teams;
- Must be able to execute assignments creatively with moderate direction;
- Be willing to provide support during weekends, holidays and off-business hours whenever required.
