Professional Services Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform UAT and run through customer use cases to validate the configuration;
- Provide support for system testing and implementation activities;
- Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for performance efficiency;
- Coordinate with QA team, Dev and Support to optimize configuration processes;
- Understand business requirements and accordingly develop configuration specifications;
- Help test new configurations in-house;
- Previous experience of manual testing and automation is preferred;
- Troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner;
- Develop and document processes for migrations, upgrades of customers.
Requirements:
- Experience on Rest/SOAP API framework would be a plus;
- Hands-on experience on Javascript and Mysql;
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
