Responsibilities:
- Mentor, coach and guide other consultants and engineers on the project to enable them for delivery;
- Participates in or leads complex network migrations projects from Cisco to Cisco or any competitive platforms to Cisco;
- Provide planning, Designing and Implementation services to Cisco’s Advanced Services Customers;
- Innovates within the strategy to create new service capabilities;
- Designs, implement Cisco leading edge technologies and provide services to the largest networks and high-profile customers in the world;
- Provides guidance and leadership on service delivery models to the Delivery teams and Advanced Services Management;
- Drives successful outcomes with Global AS Technical team;
- Provides systems/product training both internally and externally and intellectual property material;
- Influence and/or develop software and tools in support of network design, infrastructure and technology platforms;
- Independently solves problems in complex, and unique networks with mixed environments;
- Analyze, monitor, automate repeatable tasks and optimize networks for performance;
- Provides guidance to Engineering and product organizations on future product development;
- Knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning;
- Knowledgeable in (1) or more of: IP Internetworking LAN switching, IP routing and WAN technologies;

Requirements:
- Skills and experience in working independently. Ability to coach and lead a large team of senior engineers;
- Experience with Nexus 3K/5K/9K product lines will be an added advantage;
- Hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting and/or Network Solution designing of Cisco Routers and switches;
- Must have hands-on experience of 10-12 years on Cisco (CSCO) products;
- Experience with at least one – Nexus 7K/5K/2K product lines will be an added advantage;
- Good communications skills a must. Must have a demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives and executives at CxO level;
- CCIE and Professional Level CCxP desired;
- Desired Skills;
- High-reaching Certifications and knowledge (Juniper, Alcatel/Lucent, Huawei) a definite plus;
- Hands-on and fixing on any of the below third party products would be highly preferred;
- Must have at least one competitor platform knowledge – Alcatel Lucent (ALU) or Juniper (JNPR);
- Certifications Preferred – CCIE (Preferred), CCIP, CCNA, CCNP (Plus);
- Requires BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience in IT industry;
- Good communications skills a must. Must have a proven ability to relate to customer representatives and executives at CxO level;
- Strong consulting & client-facing skills to include multi-functional influence, external and internal consulting.
