Job Description

We are seeking talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic in-house team in Kothrud, Pune. We are hiring for both Junior and Senior levels to support our growing needs.

Our ideal candidates are passionate professionals capable of producing stunning visuals across diverse fields, including technical architectural graphics, engaging social media content, and direct client branding projects.

Whether you're a recent graduate eager to develop your skills under expert mentorship or an experienced designer ready to lead projects from concept to completion, we have a place for you. Requirements

Experience: We are open to a range of experiences, from recent graduates (0 years) to seasoned professionals (2+ years). Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory.

For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity.

For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery.

Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Create: Produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, stories, thumbnails, architectural presentations, logos, and packaging designs.

Collaborate: Work closely with our architecture, marketing, and video teams to create visually integrated and impactful campaigns and projects.

Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects. Senior designers will take a leading role in developing and maintaining these standards.

Client Projects: Contribute to and handle client requests, translating abstract ideas into compelling visual solutions.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion).

Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects).

Familiarity with print production processes and brand strategy.

Illustration or sketching skills.
