Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Reviewing checks for defects and errors
• Documenting known defects and solutions
• Noting common internal mistakes
• Developing helpful guidelines for staff to follow
• Analysing data to understand why problems occur
• Creating reports about the results of tests and reviews
• Relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement with the objective of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
• Tool Configuration as per client requirement
• Identifying Process Improvement and Deliver the same.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• •\tGraduation from Renowned University (Full Time

Experience

• •\tMinimum of 2 years of experience handling role of Process Improvement/ Business Excellence in Background verification
