About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Client relationship management2. Market research
3. Sales and lead generation
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback and long-term engagement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to expand business networks.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.
Support business growth strategies and contribute ideas for expansion.

Probation:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,000 /year
