Key Responsibilities Customer Support – Voice Process Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Document customer interactions in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required. Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics. Follow company policies and process guidelines. Telesales Executive Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products, services, and promotional offers. Generate leads and achieve sales conversions. Cross-sell and upsell products as per business requirements. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Follow up with customers to maximize conversion rates. Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are customer-focused and solution-oriented. Can work in target-driven environments. Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability. Have strong problem-solving and relationship management skills. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Hindi and regional language proficiency is an added advantage. Strong listening, persuasion, and customer handling skills. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Qualification Graduate in any discipline preferred. Undergraduates may be considered depending on process requirements. 12th pass candidates may be eligible for selected processes.
