About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and schedule regular posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook) to boost brand presence and engagement.2. Identify relevant freelance and contract project opportunities across global freelancing marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr).
3. Write persuasive, customized proposals and submit active bids to generate qualified leads.
4. Coordinate client follow-ups, initial inquiries, and direct communication.
5. Handle miscellaneous operational, documentation, and administrative support tasks as assigned.

Other requirements
1. Prior experience or strong interest in freelance marketplace bidding (Upwork, Freelancer) and social media management.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client proposals.
3. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
4. Basic understanding of tech/digital services is a plus.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,001 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
