Moonshine Technology - Software Development Engineer II - Backend Technologies

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for high-traffic applications.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with Product, QA, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.- Debug production issues and implement long-term solutions.- Continuously improve system performance and engineering processes.Required Skills : - 3-6 years of experience in backend development.- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.- Experience building REST APIs and backend services.- Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.- Familiarity with Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, or Kubernetes is a plus.- Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with scalable, distributed systems.- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.- Prior experience in gaming, fintech, or high-transaction platforms is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Why Join Baazi Games? - Work on products used by millions of users.- Solve large-scale engineering challenges with modern technologies.- Collaborate with highly skilled engineers in a fast-paced environment.- Opportunity to learn, innovate, and grow your career while building industry-leading gaming products.
