We're looking for an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer (Analyst) to join our dynamic automation team. In this role, you'll design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale RPA solutions that drive operational excellence and business value. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on complex automation initiatives, build reusable components, and contribute to innovative digital transformation programs while mentoring fellow developers and promoting engineering best practices.Key Responsibilities :1. Automation Development :- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.- Prepare detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs) based on business requirements.- Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism.- Build reusable Visual Business Objects (VBOs) following development standards and best practices.- Develop end-to-end automation workflows using Process Studio and Object Studio.2. Deployment & Support :- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Conduct self and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.- Deploy and manage automation solutions across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.- Configure and manage bot scheduling using Control Room and Scheduler.- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation efficiency.3. Collaboration & Leadership :- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver automation initiatives.- Mentor junior developers and champion Blue Prism development standards and best practices.- Prepare and maintain technical, deployment, and operational documentation.Required Skills & Expertise :1. Blue Prism :- Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, Application Modeler, Work Queues, Scheduler, Release Manager, Credential Manager, Environment Variables, Exception Handling, Recovery & Resume Stages, Multi-Bot Architecture, and Visual Business Objects (VBOs).2. Automation Experience :- Process Discovery, Solution Design, BOT Development, BOT Deployment, BOT Monitoring, Production Support, and Performance Optimization.3. Application Integration :- Web Applications, Windows Applications, Citrix, and Mainframe Applications.4.
