About the job

As a sales executive at Mr n Mrs Pet, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, building strong relationships with potential pet parents, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with customers via calls, chats, and follow-ups to understand their requirements
2. Explaining our pet sourcing process, pricing, and services clearly and confidently
3. Actively working towards sales conversion while maintaining a customer-first approach
4. Ensuring maximum customer interaction by completing assigned talk time
5. Creating and maintaining structured follow-ups for all interested customers
6. Keeping accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales status
7. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Important:

1. We understand that sales conversions take time
2. If you are unable to generate sales initially, it is completely fine
3. What matters is: Consistent communication with customers, proper follow-ups and engagement and completing assigned talk time sincerely
4. When these basics are done correctly, sales start generating naturally
5. Our team will guide and support you at every stage

6. Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
