Responsibilities
- Calling customers to confirm orders
- Coordinating dispatch and deliveries
- Following up with courier partners
- Resolving customer queries
- Updating order status
- Managing WhatsApp communication
- Maintaining order records
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Confident on phone calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude
- Responsible and disciplined
