Senior Data Scientist - AI Automation

Job Title : Senior Data ScientistExperience : 5-10 YearsLocation : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / PuneNotice Period : Immediate to Max 15 DaysJob Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 5-10 years of experience in building data-driven solutions using Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and AI techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing predictive models, deriving actionable insights from large datasets, and deploying scalable data science solutions to solve complex business problems.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for business applications.- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.- Build predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.- Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions from data collection to model deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.- Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.- Develop data pipelines and automate machine learning workflows.- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and MLOps.- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.Required Skills : - 5-10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).- Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Statistical Modeling, and Predictive Analytics.- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM.- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.- Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and version control tools like Git.Preferred Skills : - Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series Forecasting, or Recommendation Systems.- Experience with Spark, Databricks, or distributed data processing frameworks.- Exposure to MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or other MLOps tools.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
