Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated QA Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Browser Stack, and similar testing tools. As a QA Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing:Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.

• Perform regression, integration, and system testing to identify defects and ensure optimal functionality.

• Must have exposure to AI/LLM-powered applications and modern QA practices for Generative AI systems.

• Must have basic understanding of RAG , AI agents , and LLM workflows .

• Validate application behavior under various conditions to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Automated Testing:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant automation tools.

• Integrate automated tests with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or similar CI/CD frameworks.

• Perform test execution and analyze the results to identify defects or areas for improvement.

• Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage and bug tracking.

• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Defect Management:Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Test Documentation:Maintain clear and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.

• Continuous Improvement:Provide insights for process improvements and optimize testing procedures.

• Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:2-4 years of experience in manual and automated testing.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools.

• Experience using cross-browser testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.

• Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or any other programming language for test automation.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Testing Expertise:Solid understanding of software testing concepts (e.g., functional, regression, performance, load, etc.).

• Experience in API testing (using tools like Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.

• Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and document test results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
