1. Sales Engineer should have technical / product knowledge combined with excellent sales skills.
2. Should have 510 years experience of working with distributor of engineering products preferably Hydraulic Products.
3. Should establish new customers and maintain relationship with existing ones.
4. Should be able to work independently & achieve sales targets
5. Should be able to negotiate tender and contract terms
6. Should have ability for analysing cost pricing and sales
7. Should solve client problems
8. Should be honest trustworthy and maintain long term association
9. Should be ready to do field jobs.
10. Ability to work under changing environment
11. Should believe in team work fast learner and self motivated
12. Should have good communication skills (English Hindi & local language)
13. Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mech.Engg.
14. Years of Experience: 510 years with distributor of Engineering Products
