Junior Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Role: Full-Time

Type: On-site

Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Who we are

Hustling Collaborators is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency based in Mumbai. We work with some of the most exciting brands in the country through nano and micro-influencer campaigns and now we're building our own presence with the same energy we bring to our clients.

What this role is

This is not a "manage a posting calendar" job. This is a build-from-the-ground-up, show-your-face, create-every-day kind of role. We're looking for someone who is already living and breathing content, someone who creates for themselves, understands what works on social media, and can bring that same instinct to Hustling Collaborators.

If you're not already a content creator yourself, this role is not for you.

What you'll be doing

Managing Hustling Collaborators' social media handles across platforms. Creating content ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, posting consistently and independently. Appearing on camera as the face of our content when needed. Growing our pages organically across channels with a clear aesthetic and consistent voice. Building a community around our brand, not just followers but genuine engagement. Driving traffic and awareness to our influencer campaigns through social content. Staying ahead of trends and knowing what content works before everyone else does. Collaborating with the team to capture behind-the-scenes, campaign stories, and agency culture content.

What we're looking for

• You are a content creator. You have your own page, your own reel game, your own POV on camera. This is non-negotiable.
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation or social media, whether professional, freelance, or through your own channels. Show us your work.
• You have a strong aesthetic eye and you know what looks good, what doesn't, and why.
• You're comfortable on camera reels, talking head videos, behind-the-scenes, all of it.
• You know your platforms, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and how each one works differently.
• You understand trends but don't just chase them blindly. You create with intention.
• You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to post every day.
• You're based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
