WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE / ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding UG/PG programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Convert potential leads into enrollments
Regular follow-ups with interested candidates
Maintain accurate student data and updates in CRM
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Academic Counselling
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset
Experience in Lead Conversion and Relationship Building
Earn certifications in these skills
