About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Training, delivery & facilitation:
1. Conduct engaging AI and Cybersecurity training sessions and workshops for students.
2. Facilitate practical learning through relevant tools, technologies, and hands-on exercises.
3. Explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
4. Adapt training methods based on students' learning levels and requirements.

B. Programme coordination & support:
1. Coordinate with faculty, educational institutions, and internal teams for effective programme delivery.
2. Support the preparation of training materials, assignments, and practical learning activities.
3. Monitor student participation and progress and provide feedback wherever required.
4. Travel to partner schools and colleges for training and programme implementation.

A. Qualifications & experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.

2. 1–2 years of experience in AI, Cybersecurity, or related technical domains. Freshers with a strong technical foundation and interest in these areas may also apply.

3. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Cybersecurity fundamentals.

4. Hands-on familiarity with relevant technical tools and technologies would be an advantage.

5. Prior experience working with or training students would be preferred.

B. Skills & attributes:

1. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Street-smart, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to handle on-the-ground situations.

3. Ability to simplify technical concepts and engage students effectively.

4. Enthusiasm for technology, learning, and teaching.

5. Adaptability and willingness to work in different educational environments.

C. Other requirements:

1. Willingness to travel to schools and colleges as required.

2. Comfortable conducting in-person training sessions and workshops.
