The Opportunity As our Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will play a central role in taking ApriCOT to organizations, consultants, coaches, and talent experts who are passionate about developing people. You will help open doors with CHROs, HR leaders, OD professionals, and leadership development firms, demonstrating how ApriCOT can transform the way organizations assess and develop talent. At the same time, you will help us build a network of partners — trainers, recruiters, coaches, and consultants who can integrate ApriCOT into their own solutions. You will work closely with the founders, product team, and marketing team, bringing market insights that shape ApriCOT's evolution.
