Infor WFM Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking an Infor WFM Consultant to join the W.I.N.G.S. product team, responsible for configuring and developing Infor Workforce Management modules that power Deloitte's proprietary shift bidding and scheduling product. This role will work on timekeeping, schedule management, and labor compliance configuration for a commercially licensed HCForward product deployed across airline, transportation, and healthcare clients.Required Skills : - 3+ years hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience- Experience with Infor's Scriptable Extensions and Groovy-based custom scripting- Understanding of workforce management concepts (timekeeping, absence management, scheduling)- Expertise with Advanced scheduling modules - MVS, MR, OTS- Expertise with Infor Integrations - API & File based integrations- Familiarity with multi-market labor compliance concepts (overtime, working time regulations)- Basic REST API knowledge for integration touchpoints- Agile/Scrum development experience- Jira and Confluence proficiency- Hands on with Infor MigrationsResponsibilities : - Configure Infor WFM modules including timekeeping, time calculation, schedule management, and absence management- Write and maintain Groovy scripts for custom business rules and labor compliance logic- Support integration testing between Infor WFM and ServiceNow- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives)- Document configuration changes and maintain technical documentation- Collaborate with QA team on defect resolution and testing support (ref:hirist.tech)
