We are looking for a Sales & Customer Success Executive who can combine strong customer handling with a sharp sales mindset.
The role will involve managing customer conversations across multiple channels, understanding customer requirements, guiding them through the purchase journey, resolving queries, and actively converting inbound leads into sales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with LimeChat and other customer support/CRM tools , have excellent communication skills, and be highly target-oriented.
This is a revenue-focused role with a monthly revenue target of 1520 lakhs , along with additional performance-based incentives on sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue
- Own and achieve monthly revenue targets of 1520 lakhs .
- Convert inbound customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Identify sales opportunities within customer conversations and follow up proactively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive repeat purchases, cross-sells and upsells.
- Maintain a strong focus on conversion rate, average order value and revenue generation.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Work towards achieving incentive-linked sales milestones.
Customer Service & Success
- Manage customer conversations across LimeChat, Extol, WhatsApp, website chat, calls, email and other relevant channels .
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through product selection, ordering and post-purchase queries.
- Handle complaints, concerns, returns, exchanges and order-related issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, leads and follow-ups.
- Competitive fixed monthly salary.
