We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Fair Finance company. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, lead generation, leadership, team management, teamwork, marketing, marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, marketing automation, social media marketing, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
3. Utilize HubSpot and Zoho CRM to track and analyze lead generation efforts and optimize marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement innovative marketing automation techniques.
5. Oversee social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
