About the job

As a Sales Manager at AventiQe Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Your expertise in sales, negotiation, B2B sales, lead generation, and product marketing will be essential in this role. Your proficiency in GD&T and effective communication will enable you to effectively promote our products and services to potential clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
2. Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales and secure profitable business deals.
3. Generate leads through various channels and follow up on potential opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product marketing campaigns.
6. Utilize GD&T knowledge to understand and communicate technical specifications to clients.
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer requirements.

Other requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales preferred.

2. Background in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to understand engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications.

5. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory for customer meetings and product demonstrations.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

7. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

8. Experience in industrial automation, metrology, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, quality inspection, or manufacturing solutions will be an added advantage.

9. Valid driving license preferred.

10. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
