About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform timely installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of instruments.2. Conduct pre-installation demonstrations, system checks, user training, and provide primary-level application support.
3. Diagnose and resolve instrument-related issues, escalating unresolved customer concerns to relevant stakeholders.
4. Drive AMC/CMC renewals, warranty capture, and increase service contract renewals for the installed base.
5. Generate consumables and spare parts business while maximizing revenue from the installed equipment base.
6. Deliver solutions-based customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
