Job Description – Relationship Manager Sales (Retail Branch Banking)
Locations: Ambala, Amritsar, Doomwali, Ferozepur, Hisar, Humbra Road (Ludhiana), Jalandhar, Karnal, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Moga, Mohali, Panchkula, Panipat, Pathankot, Patiala, Rohtak & Yamuna Nagar
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Retail Banking Sales / Branch Banking
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Relationship Managers to drive Retail Branch Banking business by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and promoting a range of liability and retail banking products including CASA, Term Deposits, Third Party Products, Gold Loans, and Trade Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for CASA, Term Deposits, Gold Loans, Trade Services, and Third-Party Products.
- Build and manage a strong customer portfolio through branch and market sourcing.
- Deepen existing customer relationships through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets across assigned product lines.
- Identify business opportunities through market mapping and customer referrals.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Deliver superior customer service while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Banking Sales or Branch Banking.
- Experience in selling CASA, TD, TPD, Gold Loan, Trade, or other retail banking products.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of branch banking operations and customer acquisition.
- Graduate in any discipline.
