Content Creator (D2C, In-House)

Role & Responsibilities We are hiring a dynamic, expressive, and performance-driven In-House Content Creator to become one of the faces of our brand. This is not a casual influencer role. You will create high-volume short-form content designed for: Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Paid Meta Ads Your content must be built for scroll-stopping hooks, strong retention, persuasion, and conversion. You will be fully supported by a dedicated videographer and editor. Your primary responsibility is on-camera delivery, storytelling, and high-volume execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-Camera Brand Representation- Be a consistent on-screen face across Reels, Ads, and Short-form content Deliver confident, engaging, and persuasive scripts Build relatability and trust within the first 3 seconds 2. Performance-Oriented Content Creation- Create structured short-form videos including: Problem → Solution formats UGC-style testimonials Product demonstrations Objection-handling scripts Before/after or routine explainers Trend-based content Product/ingredient explanations Paid-ad-first creatives You must understand what makes people stop scrolling. 3. Hook & Retention Focus- Deliver strong scroll-stopping hooks Shoot multiple hook variations for testing Adapt tone for different audience awareness levels Execute scripts with clarity and conviction 4. Collaboration & Execution- Work from structured creative briefs Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams Participate in launch shoots, testimonials, and live sessions Improve delivery based on performance feedback Ideal Candidate Strong Performance Content Creator / UGC Creator / Short-Form Video Creator Profiles (D2C / E-commerce /
