Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, SFDC
In this role, you will be supporting the analytical functions, building strategic dashboards and reports in Salesforce that can help drive decisions around performance, gaps, and key metrics for the client.
Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and producing necessary reports & dashboards in Salesforce environment.
• Support client’s commercial leaders with region specific analysis and ad hoc requests analytics to proactively provide strategic input for commercial KPI activities.
E.g. Sales contests, sales performance management, VAPS analysis, KPI tracking and development
• Coordinate and support the client leadership to generate strategic data, presentations and leads for their business development team.
• The ability to analyze large volumes of data and make recommendations based on analysis provide time bound insights.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and help them define the reporting requirements, including report definition, layout, business rules.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and provide solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of the results and resolve the variances effectively and efficiently.
• Develop necessary materials needed to deliver and share analysis, insights, and recommendations with the concerned teams as well as other key internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for accurate updating of SOPs and any other process related documentation.
• Ability to understand and make recommendations if required based on analysis to support rate improvements and market demand.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Analytical mindset with Project Management skills, have a prior experience to lead projects.
• Advanced to Mastery in Excel (writing complex formula & calculations, pivoting etc.)
• Good Salesforce CRM/SFDC experience (working knowledge of reports/dashboards building)
Experience with Tableau and/or VBA is a plus
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Have relevant years of professional experience working in a fast-paced organization & with a Sales Analytics background
• Demonstrated knowledge of business acumen in key areas, understanding of sales metrics, Goals setting/manipulating, margin, EBITDA etc.
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, break complex problems into simpler ones.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and across all organizational levels.
• A flexible, dedicated and solution orientated approach through periods of change and disruption.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills, communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis to discuss project progress, comfortable with presenting in front of an audience.
