About the job
Key Responsibilities:
A. Client relationship management:1. Act as the primary contact for US clients regarding staffing requirements.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers.
3. Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
4. Gather and understand job requirements from clients (IT/non-IT roles).
5. Coordinate with delivery teams for candidate submissions.
6. Follow up with clients for feedback on submitted candidates. B. Interview & hiring coordination:
1. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
2. Manage Interview feedback and update recruiters accordingly. C. Client communication:
1. Respond to client queries via email.
2. Provide regular updates about candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
3. Escalate any issues or concerns to account managers.

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Fresher candidates are preferred.
2. English proficiency (spoken & written).
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. A bachelor's degree is required.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,40,000 /year
