ServiceNow Solution Architect - ITSM/ITOM Modules

Role Overview :As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will serve as the primary technical authority for complex enterprise implementations, bridging the gap between business requirements and platform capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership to design robust, scalable architectures that drive digital maturity. Your daily focus will involve overseeing the end-to-end design lifecycle, ensuring that platform configurations align with industry best practices while delivering measurable improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise environments to optimize service delivery.- Lead the technical strategy for large-scale ITOM and ITSM implementations, ensuring that configurations support long-term business scalability and performance.- Define and govern the CMDB strategy to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational configuration management policies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into technical roadmaps that reduce operational overhead and improve user experience.- Provide expert-level guidance during the pre-sales and delivery phases, acting as a trusted advisor to clients on platform governance and technical best practices.Required Skillset : - Demonstrate mastery in designing and deploying end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-module implementations.- Exhibit deep technical proficiency in ITOM and ITSM modules, specifically regarding discovery, service mapping, and event management workflows.- Possess a sophisticated understanding of CMDB health, data modeling, and the integration of disparate data sources into a unified service view.- Communicate complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical executive stakeholders to ensure project alignment.- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work across hybrid or on-site models in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, while managing distributed project teams.- Leverage 10 to 20 years of professional experience in enterprise software architecture to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence within the organization.
