In this role, you will design and execute advanced test strategies that validate complex omnichannel workflows, multi-system integrations, and enterprise-scale customer journeys. Your investigative mindset, critical thinking, and deep domain expertise will be instrumental in uncovering hidden defects and ensuring the delivery of stable, customer-centric releases.What You'll Do : - Design and execute comprehensive functional, system, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios for complex contact center workflows, including voice, chat, email, routing, reporting, and agent desktop functionalities.- Lead exploratory testing initiatives using heuristic-driven and mind-map-driven approaches to identify intermittent issues, concurrency defects, resiliency gaps, and workflow integration failures across distributed enterprise systems.- Validate omnichannel customer journeys by testing real-world scenarios across multiple communication channels, user roles, configurations, and data variations to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences.- Perform deep integration testing across APIs, microservices, databases, event streams, and third-party systems; validate backend processing, data consistency, and transaction integrity using SQL/NoSQL analysis and log examination.- Drive risk-based quality initiatives by identifying high-impact business failure points, unusual user behaviors, negative scenarios, and edge cases that could impact production stability.- Create high-quality defect reports with strong root-cause analysis, reproducibility steps, business impact assessment, and troubleshooting details to enable rapid resolution.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to clarify requirements, participate in release readiness reviews, and drive continuous quality improvements.- Execute regression, impact analysis, and sanity testing for releases, patches, and hotfixes in fast-paced Agile environments with multiple parallel testing activities.What We're Looking For : Required Experience & Skills : - 7+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with demonstrated expertise in functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.- Strong understanding of contact center domain workflows, enterprise communication platforms, and omnichannel customer journey validation.- Proven capability in designing complex test matrices, scenario permutations, and workflow combinations for distributed systems.- Excellent exploratory testing skills with an investigative, analytical mindset and ability to challenge assumptions.- Hands-on experience validating cloud-based applications and microservices architectures.- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using logs, APIs, databases, and monitoring tools.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend validation, and integration testing across multiple systems.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with fast-paced release cycles.- Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities with strong ownership mindset toward product quality.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Nice to Have : - Prior experience with contact center, unified communications, CX, or SaaS platforms.- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production diagnostics tools.- Understanding of enterprise-scale integrations and distributed systems behavior.- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.What We Offer : - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise.- Career growth in a fast-growing SaaS organization with opportunities to mentor junior QA engineers.- Collaborative culture working alongside talented product, engineering, and architecture teams.- Flexible work environment with work-from-office arrangement in Pune.- Professional development opportunities to deepen domain expertise and testing methodologies.- Impact-driven role where your quality initiatives directly influence customer satisfaction and product stability.About CODVO.AI : CODVO.AI is a leading SaaS provider of intelligent contact center solutions designed to transform customer experience at enterprise scale.
