The Electronics Lead will oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, reviewing and optimizing designs, managing project timelines, and providing mentorship and direction to team members. Qualifications Proficiency in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, with a strong understanding of electronic design, circuitry, components, and system design, regulatory approvals, testing and delivery Min 3 years of experience in Electronics products design and their practical applications Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve engineering problems, and innovate Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven experience in project management and leadership in a technical environment Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or MSc, or a related field Familiarity with sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, or Telecom is a plus
