About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Account Health Management- Monitor seller account performance metrics such as order defect rate, cancellation rate, and late dispatch rate.2. Listing & Catalog Management - Help sellers create, update, and optimize product listings with product titles, descriptions, images, categories, and SEO-friendly content.
3. Order & Inventory Management- Support sellers in managing orders, stock levels, and dispatch timelines
4. Suggest strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and enhance customer experience.

Effective Communication MS-Excel Problem Solving
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Graduates from any stream (Preferred: Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Technical)
2. Candidates with 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, customer support, cataloging, or sales.
3. Those who have basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Seller Central, etc.)
